Wiring in the doors

Wires in the harness between the door and the body often break or snap.

Symptoms: window lifters, speakers, central locking or mirrors stop working.

Solution: repair the harness or replace the door wiring.

Ground wires (earth)

Oxidation or poor ground contact.

Symptoms: chaotic errors on the panel, ABS/ESP failures, unstable engine starting.

Solution: clean and check all ground points (especially under the hood and in the trunk).

Wiring to the headlights and taillights

Overheating and melting of the headlight connectors.

Errors "lamp does not work", even if it is intact.

Solution: check the connectors, sometimes install a repair kit.

Wiring under the hood

Due to tight packaging and heating, insulation and harnesses near the engine can be damaged.

Symptoms: sensor malfunctions (MAF, lambda probe, fuel pressure sensor).

Solution: visual inspection, replacement of damaged sections.

Trunk harness

Breaking of wires when constantly opening/closing.

Symptoms: license plate light, rear wiper or camera failure.

Solution: soldering or replacement of the harness.

Uconnect and multimedia

Sometimes the problem is not in the unit, but in the wiring (connectors, poor contacts).

Symptoms: sound disappears, the screen reboots.
